  I very much enjoyed my time living here. There weren't any issues with the apartment and if there were maintenance was always on hand to deal with it. My favorite part of Eaves that I miss even today is the incredibly friendly property office. Especially community manager Lacey Overholt! Although it took her quite some time to remember my apartment number, she always greeted me with a friendly smile and enthusiasm that made my day that much better. She and the rest of the staff were also very good at their jobs. I never once felt that was my concerns were left unattended.

  I am very unhappy for renovation around the building and inside the building. Since 2 months we lost our privacy and I am not able to utilize the house complete. Our house Backyard is closed. We can not use the door in the backside. You have locked with me wooden pieces. Are we paying the rents for this kind of usage of house? We can not see the outside view, you have closed it since 2 months

  I was looking for the best place to live with my children. I was on Eaves by Avalon a few weeks ago and Marsha (staff) was amazing. Today, and after overcoming some inconvenient to move, we backed to the complex and Marsha was not there, but other amazing staff member take care of my family's request, and we will move at the end of the month to the place that we feel from now as "our home" :). Thank you Clif for your kindness, time and excellent customer service. I will update my review in few months.
