    Really bad experience. Staff with whom I open account did have good knowledge. He messed up with promotions that he recommended to us. Couple days interacting with an accountant with zero customer service made me think to close bank account .. Even they charged me a lot extra while closing .. Omg

    Worst leasing experience ever. When you visit it first time, the management is not going to tell you about recent THEFT and CHAIN SNATCHING incidents in the apartment. This apartment is very UNSAFE for family. When I came to know about that, I asked them to cancel lease on the next day. They asked me to pay about $4000 lease breaking fees. After so many followups they asked me to pay $1162.6. I did not even move to that apartment. This is for the apartment that was not ready to move-in and not even listed on their portal. Instead of helping me to move out of lease, they were forcing me to live there. They are more interested in getting your hard-earned money than your happiness. Do not lease apartment there.

    I very much enjoyed my time living here. There weren't any issues with the apartment and if there were maintenance was always on hand to deal with it. My favorite part of Eaves that I miss even today is the incredibly friendly property office. Especially community manager Lacey Overholt! Although it took her quite some time to remember my apartment number, she always greeted me with a friendly smile and enthusiasm that made my day that much better. She and the rest of the staff were also very good at their jobs. I never once felt that was my concerns were left unattended.

    I am very unhappy for renovation around the building and inside the building. Since 2 months we lost our privacy and I am not able to utilize the house complete. Our house Backyard is closed. We can not use the door in the backside. You have locked with me wooden pieces. Are we paying the rents for this kind of usage of house? We can not see the outside view, you have closed it since 2 months
